A NOTE FROM MICHELLE

I had long-Covid for two years. They were two of the hardest years of my life.

If you are reading this, chances are high you know what I’m talking about. My heart truly hurts for you. But, I want to offer you some hope.

First, I feel great now and am healthier than I’ve ever been. Second, there are simple things you can do today, right now, that may improve your health and get you on the road to Covid Recovery too.

Long-Covid is an odd disease. My good health has come slowly and in odd increments. Some days I felt a tiny bit better. Other days it felt like my body had taken a huge leap towards good health.

I got better using a Kitchen Sink approach. What is that, you ask? Throw every holistic tool you can think of, everything but the kitchen sink, at an issue until it improves.

My improvement started with a foundation of good nutrition, essential oils and supplements, plus new tools like hypnosis. As more information became available from the health and wellness community, that got added too.

So much more is known now, your suffering could diminish much more quickly than mine did.

No treatment works for everyone but if you are interested in trying, or increasing, a holistic (mind, body, spirit) approach to long-Covid, this program may offer you relief and healing too.

It’s time to get your freedom back!

~Michelle

  • Fun: it might seem silly but making sure we prioritize fun in our lives is very important for our overall health and can help get you through long-Covid recovery. So much about long-Covid can be helped with improved mental health. Having some fun along the way is a quick way to make life feel better.
  • Metaphysical – Astrology, crystals, tarot and other metaphysical tools can be used to help the healing process. Because this program is tailored to you, we can take this topic off the table if you’d like but aren’t you just a little curious?
  • Other Resources & Inspiration: There are lots of folks out there who continue to educate and inspire us to stay on a healthy path. We will discuss practitioners, suppliers, books, websites, apps, blogs and podcasts. Anything that may help you!
