I’m no longer accepting the things I can not change…I’m changing the things I can not accept.

Angela Davis

what is hypnosis?

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. It’s an inside job. It’s a state of mind you dip in and out of all the time. You can think of it as a state of focused awareness, where you can push aside that judging, analyzing, part of the conscious mind and it leads you to a state of heightened suggestibility. This makes it easy to make changes.

How Many Sessions?
